      It has been great experience working with smart, responsive, and collaborative colleagues at Tory. The majority of the people I have been working with are very easy, straight-forward, and go getters. Good decisions have been made from the upper management to support the business growth. Responsibilities are clearly defined. I feel empowered within my area of responsibility to contribute and make a difference.

      Cons

      Headcount is tight, and everyone works very hard. It's constant that we are trying to accomplish as much as we can within a tight timeline. It can be exhausting over a long term.

      - There is so much opportunity for growth at Tory Burch! There is an openness from leadership to find what you love to do and lean into that. - Upholding the culture is paramount from the top down. It's not just talked about, but actually demonstrated on a daily basis. - Working for a socially conscious brand that isn't afraid to do what's right (even if it's not popular) is something that has kept me here long-term.

      - Everyone is very invested in the success of the business and does whatever it takes to get things done (a good thing)! As a result, there can sometimes be a lack of balance in work/home life.
