      Fair pay, potential to make more with bonus every month if you make target

      Cons

      Frequent corporate structure changes with new directives every time. Corporate sends out many trackers during promo events which adds to the noise. Always a grey area with policies when it comes to clients but no grey area for employees. The managers have to do visual, ops, onboarding, etc. Those duties should go to departments so stores can focus on generating sales.

      I feel like I'm not only encouraged to show up as my authentic self, but we are also celebrated for doing so. I feel empowered and I'm inspired by the leadership, my peers and my team. The Brand attracts some of the most intelligent and kind people in the industry.

      Cons

      Really tough to think of a con, honestly it is a culture that must be experienced! It has always been important to me to work for a brand that not only " speaks" about diversity and inclusion, but that LIVES these values. From senior leadership, to the stores, it feels GOOD and makes me so PROUD to see people who look like me. I've admired this brand from afar for nearly 8 years!

      The frequent work travel is something that I really enjoyed

      Cons

      The work environment is extremely toxic. They very much feel that you should be dedicating every minute of your life and time to the job. The work itself isn't incredibly creative. From My experience, most talented people left after a few years. Not much room to grow, many employees remain stagnant in the same roles for years and years.
