      there are literally no pros to working here

      Cons

      no trust no respect no communication no employee engagement no morale no teamwork its horrible. I did not head the warnings when I started and I regret it. the place is corrupt, if you have options, stay away from here. HR is the most corrupt of them all.

      good location in Orange County.

      Cons

      Where to begin... cubes that are 6x6 with no sunlight, parking is horrendous, complete restructure of the benefits and salary without a warning, have to reapply for your own position. toshiba is scrambling to figure out how to save money and its thru cutting employee benefits/salary. I would not doubt if they just pack up and leave Irvine in a few years.
