Can't think of a single one.

Cons

Completely unorganized. Does not take the US market seriously. Bonuses have steadily decreased over time. Health insurance costs are skyrocketing, and at the same time the coverage is decreasing. 16% cost increase for 2012. 10% cost increase for 2013. Coverage got much worse in both years. Dental and vision care are terrible. 0 career development. Little chance for promotion or cross-movement. Seems to be getting worse. Management needs to be all fired.

Pros

While nearly all other benifits are gone base pay continues to be higher than most companies at the present time.

Cons

No 401K company contribution, no stock options, no bonuses, Canceled company sponsored retirement plan. Reduction in health benefits while increasing employee costs. Due to company being Japan based, most employees are pressured to work until 7pm or later.

Pros

It's good for a person in their mid fifties or anyone else looking to find a place to disappear into the woodwork and earn a steady salary. But if you're a dynamic person looking to get things done, being rewarded more for your hard work etc. you're looking at the wrong place.

Cons

Every decision is controlled by Japan. No room for career advancement from engineering to mgmt / biz dev. Turf oreintated mentality among management. Promotions given more by number of years you served than because of what value you bring to the company.
