Laptop Kept Crashing One percent commission is a joke Customers had to wait MONTHS for quotes Customer Accounts were not approved and set up by senior management Implementation of closed deals was frequently stalled, resulting in irate customers Many customers were not able to book and pay for services, which means no commission activity

Hybrid work place and flexible with your schedule

Cons

Management is horrible. They have a lot of favoritism, do not listen to your concerns, do not want to see their employees grow, trying to promote within Toshiba is so hard. SR level management that run departments will walk past you and not say hello back to you. Pay is NOT competitive. Company lacks a culture big time!
