If you are lucky you will get exposed to lot of Design and Architecture skills . Also you will learn a lot on how to not do Development and design which will help you design better in next job.

Cons

One of the worst company I have been working for. Management is too bad after the new CEO Rance Poehler . Managers and Directors has no control , CTO and VP Joins scrum calls for no reason. A school with a drill master is better.
