      Innovative Not So Much!

      Pros

      Best health benefits ever. Competitive salary. Convenient location, right off the 405 freeway. Great cafeteria food and friendly cafeteria staff.

      Cons

      Almost no opportunity for advancement especially if you are a woman. Human resources works for upper management and conflict resolution is not handled appropriately. Lack of resources is a common problem. Outdated technology prevents employees from being effective.

      Excellent benefits Convenient location - 5/405 or Toll road Competitive wages Employee discount - good deals on laptops

      Cons

      There seems to be limited room for advancement - especially for women at the higher levels. Hit hard by economy. There have been quite a few rounds of layoffs.

      -You get to learn if fresh out with a Bachelors. -Most managers are good -You get good training

      Cons

      -Can't continue to grow technically after spending an year. Only manegiral growth possible. -Not much hierarchy -Few managers hardly care about an employee's problems, and will make you work like hell. Even if its needless. -Takes you a huge time to start working on a project. I wasted my first 6 months there working on useless stuff
