      - Excellent training - Good products - Above average pay when you perform - Strong team environment at the staff level

      Cons

      - Excessive management turnover leads to lack of clear direction - Highly competitive business - Company is not very good at delivering on its promises to employees and customers with consistency

      Great place to work but change the marketing

      Pros

      Interesting place to work. Excellent environment, cool and cutting edge technology. The employees are cool and love to help if you have any technical issue. Most of them are highly skilled and from Stadford Berkeley. Excellent balance of work and life. Lot of activities lunch, night outs ice rings sky trips etc. Best of a video games when you need a break.

      Cons

      It is a startup so you need to put long hours most of the time you need to work during the weekend. The marketing team doesn't get the reality of the market. As a reason we lost lot of valuable business deals.

      Little chance of getting a permanent position if you are a contractor.

      Pros

      Its a nice laid back environment and you don't have to dress up to go to work. I was contractor so I never had any troubles getting time off. I think I could have taken a month off without any troubles. The management understood that it was a temp position and they didn't mind if you looked for another job.

      Cons

      As a contractor there is little to no chance in moving up to a permanent position. You are pretty much stuck where you are at unless a position happens to open up. The pay is ok for a contract position.
