      Pros

      Peers are great to work with. Location is great if you live near Irvine. Depending on the department management can be flexible with your schedule and hours.

      Cons

      Communication is not clear from management. Company guidelines are not treated equally across all departments, it depends on your management and who you work for. No incentive for promotion or career paths.
