      A fine place to get some good training. ZERO technical growth

      Pros

      -You get to learn if fresh out with a Bachelors. -Most managers are good -You get good training

      Cons

      -Can't continue to grow technically after spending an year. Only manegiral growth possible. -Not much hierarchy -Few managers hardly care about an employee's problems, and will make you work like hell. Even if its needless. -Takes you a huge time to start working on a project. I wasted my first 6 months there working on useless stuff

      1. If you love the technology (either PCs or consumer electronics), employees get to see products in the pipeline and use products that have just been released. 2. There is a good group dynamic at the company 3. The company does a good job retaining its employees and identifying new roles and opportunities for them

      Cons

      1. The office is located in Markham 2. It is a Japanese-owned subsidiary that has little control over its destiny with minimal resources 3. The food at the on-site cafeteria is okay (at best)

      Good work, if one have right attitude then can go a long way in his career. lot of onsite opportunity. Nice working environment

      Cons

      Will get team lead responsibility but one won't get the designation till you complete minimum number of experience at certain level.
