I don't have a college degree but I do have work ethic, integrity, charisma and the motivation to make sure my kids live better than I ever did. Here my accomplishments are recognized by directors and VPs who were hands on in the same role I am. They really get it and understand what I do everyday. They check in with me on a weekly basis even though I'm the bottom block of the pyramid. (Just a broker) I get to be as creative as I want to be and make an impact on the direction the company takes.
