      Pros

      Amazing culture where the work you put in is recognized and rewarded. Leadership is invested in your success and is always willing to help when asked. No other place like it in the industry and is a fantastic place to start a career.

      Cons

      Not really a con but it's a high effort for high reward career and if you aren't up to the challenge then there's no sense in starting at TQL. It is 100% a "you get out what you put in" type of company which could be a con for those not willing to sacrifice to win. Having mental toughness and internal drive is a must to find success at TQL.

      Pros

      This was my first post-grad role, and I have never looked back! Being in a metrics-driven environment and working with like-minded, driven individuals is extremely motivating. TQL invests in you from day one, and the management is very supportive. Majority of our leaders are promoted from within, so they know exactly what it takes to be successful and will coach you up as long as you are also willing to put in the effort on your end! Promotions are also based on merit, not tenure, which ties into our culture focused on hard work being rewarded and acknowledged! We also have FUN - intramural sports teams, team outings, potlucks, sales competitions, spirit weeks, etc.

      Cons

      You HAVE to have a strong work ethic to be successful! This job is not suitable for those who are simply looking to collect a check with minimal effort - it requires hard work and long hours on the front end in order to see that rapid growth and financial success. The tools and resources are there, you just need to use them!
