TQL is growing too fast. When I started, if I grounded out a good 2 weeks of hard prospecting, it was likely to find a solid customer with a good amount of business, THAT DIDNT HATE US. TQL has so many reps that continuously cycle through prospects and blow up their phones. Any time I find a prospect with good potential, they ask to be put on the do not call list. What I'm getting at, is that the likelihood for a new hire to come in here and build a solid book is very low. I'm lucky enough to have established customers here, but I feel bad for the new hires.

As with any company that's fairly young, you can notice some favoritism toward some employees. It can be hard to stay emotionally level through the ups and downs, but you have to realize nothing is ever as good or bad as it seems in the moment.
