      Pros

      My managers listen to what I have to say, and are quick to respond. They work with me to develop solutions. My team and I were given the opportunity to start our own office in city of choice, interview everyone that we want to bring aboard, and establish our own culture. I have been able to reach out to others who have done the same and talk openly about difficulties. Great to have a solid support team with the independence to drive our own objectives that are in line with company's main priorities.

      Cons

      Difficult to manage stress right off the bat, but it gets better when you stick with it.

      Pros

      Unlimited earning potential and the ability to move up through the company very quickly. Regardless of your background if you work hard and do the right things when you start at TQL the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      The only downside I've seen is the job can get stressful at times but I've seen a whole lot worse at places I was making a whole lot less.

      Pros

      Truly empowering sales culture. Account executives are given almost total leverage to manage their own business, set pricing and margins and earn income. The account executive role requires a true passion for hunting deals and sets apart those with sales talent.

      Cons

      The company is expanding very quickly. That makes it challenging to find enough people to take on the rapid expansion. Sometimes this can lead to filling seats with people who aren't best suited for the position.
