      Pros

      It is a young, energetic group, which can be a double edged sword. They sometimes have beer on Friday. They were flexible with your work schedule.

      Cons

      Again, with the young management you will be dealing with, they seem like they know how to do their job well, but when it comes to managing people, you can tell that they did not have the experience to handle that part of the job. It would have been nice with they said that you need to do x of this and shown your results for the month. They also say that there is plenty of room to advance, but I really do not see it. There may be some room to grow in sales, but in the supporting roles, the growth potential almost feels non-existent. Also, the pay seems very low.

      Good compensation if you work hard, reputation exceeds that of other companies in the industry - making it a much more enjoyable selling experience and worth the time and effort

      Cons

      Compensation for base salary when you start is pretty low, especially being in a big city. After training, the compensation gets better with hard work and results, but the beginning is tough to keep up the persistence when your pay doesn't change with effort

      Pros

      The work atmosphere is hands down one of the greatest Pros of this company. My coworkers are energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly. Established brokers have flags of their Alma Mater hanging around our office. Management is approachable and truly cares about my personal life outside of work! I'm fortunate to say that my boss is a friend I respect, instead of a superior I fear. Nevertheless, you will need a proper work ethic to succeed with TQL. It will take time and hard work, but the sky is the limit for future earning potential.

      Cons

      Working as a Logistics Account Executive (Trainee) is not for the faint of heart. A lot will be expected of you during the 1st 6 months. But, this is the period of time when you must prove yourself and show that you have what it takes to become an established broker.
