-upper management are unprofessional -no support -don’t try to give you full time hours will take advantage of you willing to drive to get hours - no meetings -hardly know your coworkers -no team environment/atmosphere -no collaboration -no appreciation from any upper management or anyone - they will hide room from growth from you to try and keep you at lowest wage -two 1% raises a year -BCBAs don’t do their required meetings and checkins giving feedback -far driving -no communication -requires you to create your schedule communicate with families when they cancel or you cancel despite not being paid for that time and having a “scheduling” team -HR incredibly unhelpful -very few good BCBAs

Will only train you in crisis prevention (Safety Care) if supervisors determine it “necessary” based on the kids you work with BCBAs/clinical fellows will knit pick everything you’re doing wrong Poor communication within the team You are only paid for the actual session- no prep time, documentation time, clean up time, meetings you might have to attend They may cut your hours without explanation No breaks Inadequate training (40 hours of RBT modules, then one “preview” session with each client where the BCBA is present- after that, they throw you in on your own)
