One of the biggest strengths here is the professional growth opportunity—I've been able to develop new skills, take on more responsibility, and feel supported in my career goals. Leadership is approachable, and the company culture encourages collaboration and innovation.

Cons

Honestly, there haven’t been any significant downsides in my experience. If anything, I'd just say the high standards can be demanding at times—but that’s part of what makes the company successful and employees stronger.

They don’t care about there employees, just saving money

This is the place where you cant make mistakes, there was an employee do broke multiple walks, gates, always getting caught on the phone, always eating, and the minute im unable to complete a task i get put in a different position and get replay by 4 others to do my work instead of sending me help. And the minute i make a mistake im fired. The only appreciate you with a pizza party and think thats enough.
