I've been working at Touch Dynamic for a little while now and overall, it’s been a great experience. If you're someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and problem-solving, this is a solid place to be. *Hands-on Experience: You get to work directly with a variety of point-of-sale (POS) systems, from touchscreens to barcode scanners. It’s a great place to build and sharpen your hardware troubleshooting skills. *Team Environment: The team is supportive and knowledgeable. Everyone’s willing to help each other out, and the work culture is friendly and collaborative.
Cons
Working at Touch Dynamic gave me some great technical experience and introduced me to the POS hardware industry. That said, there were a few challenges that are worth mentioning for anyone considering the role. *Limited Training Opportunities: Most of the learning is hands-on and on-the-job. If you're looking for formal training or certifications, you may have to pursue that on your own time.
