TouchPoint as a company is very supportive of its employees, and they have several good training programs to help develop you and build your career.

Cons

The Indiana region needs a lot of work when it come to the areas of trust and communication.

NONE they pay some shift dif and others have to fight in hope of getting the shift dif pay.

Cons

Been fighting now for 2 pay periods to be paid for my wellness hours

Most of the people you will encounter are friendly and will make the work day easier to get through with so many pleasant personalities that are knowledgeable.

Cons

Double talking. At times Management can be very divisive between shifts, from days to afternoons, from afternoons to midnights.
