Not enough field support. Very difficult to be successful. Lot of favoritism.

Pros

If your young or know someone in upper management you should have an opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Opportunity for advancement is based on who you know not what you know. Training is limited as everything is done on line so no hands on training.
