Pros

You are helping patients who are in a vulnerable situation due to illness. There are typically unlimited opportunities to get overtime. The job allows you to stay active.

Cons

Management is always changing the rules. It can be frustrating when there are not enough people, and you have to run the whole shift with few breaks between patients.

Pros

At the location I was employed at, the staff and management were professional, courteous, and approachable. After my workplace injury, they attempted to keep me employed despite my many limitations. They truly looked out for their employees.

Cons

My position was very hectic and physically demanding. Beyond understanding the demands of working in a medical environment, there were really no drawbacks to this company.
