Cons

Lack of support Favoritism No weekends off No paid holidays but still required to work Very little if any PTO Extremely low pay Lack of professionalism or respect for staff.

If you are looking to work for a company where you can make a difference, this is it. A wonderful culture where senior leadership truly cares about their employees.

Cons

I gave it a 3-star rating because, unfortunately, it is also a bit disorganized and politics run thick.
