Pros

I love working at TouchPoint! The company has an excellent inclusive work environment and our leadership team is incredible and welcoming. The company truly cares about its employees and continues create programs and opportunities to invest in the employees. The work culture, opportunities and work life balance that TouchPoint provides are difficult to find in other companies.

I worked in a very good hospital. The facility you're at really determines your experience. Good PTO with tenure.

Cons

Little opportunity for promotion, poor management, chaotic culture.
