Pros

There are no real pros to working here.

Cons

The CEO is scattered all over the place with regards to what he wants. One week it is one project and another it is another project. Basically, almost all the team members in development team have left and there is really no technology that we can offer anyone. Almost all the products we have are half baked and are not deliverable. There are no raises and since our CTO left, there has been really no culture to speak of.

Pros

New office coming at the end of 2020...that's the only pro.

Cons

Attrition rate is very high. Longest tenured manager is maybe 3 years. No one wants to make any changes, even when the writing is on the wall. They are complacent. When management is challenged on processes, they would rather walk away and not discuss. Read the previous reviews, and separate the real from the fake. Sales sells what they can't deliver, and leaves it to service reps to take the brunt of customer dissatisfaction.

Pros

This is a much different place than some reviews would have you believe. TouchSuite is a complete 180 from where I came (another huge player in the merchant services industry, where I spent 8 long years). The atmosphere and environment at TouchSuite is incredible. The people here are all working towards a common goal; make the company better however they can. Employees are empowered to act as entrepreneurs and aren't restrained or held back by job titles or management. I was hesitant to interview at first after I read some of the more scathing reviews on Glassdoor, but I was of the opinion that the reviews were so bad they could only have come from a former employee who was incredibly upset over fired/let go. They were negative to the point of near unbelievability. In the end I am glad I went with my gut because this is, by a country mile, the best place I have ever worked, with the best people I have ever worked with. If you are on the fence about working here, don't be. The culture here is superb, the pay/benefits are very competitive, and the people are all top notch.

Cons

If I had to pick one, I would say the facility leaves a little something to be desired. But, that is actively being improved upon daily.
