Pros
The team members here are amazing and make it so enjoyable to come to work each day. We have experienced rapid growth so everyone has plenty to do and the days go by fast. We have a team dedicated solely to developing our culture so we have fun events every month to get everyone together and give them a reward for their hard work. Also, organic growth is encouraged here, so there are many ways for an individual to develop within the company and feel appreciated.
Cons
Due to recent changes and the formation of Octave Group from TouchTunes and PlayNetwork, we can have a bit of a start of vibe at time (Processes can be changed or are still developing and some teams are experiencing rapid growth and newer individuals). I personally have loved this about the company because I have been able to have way more of a voice in how things are done, however, I do understand and acknowledge that that environment is not for everyone.
