Thanks for the positive review! I am glad you called out the fun environment and the music that we play in our offices. I think that work at its best is something you enjoy and have fun with. We are a music company at our core, so music plays in a lot our offices all the time.

While I am not sure what "N/a" means in this context it is unfortunate that you didn't enjoy your time with us. I can't speak to your specific experience with your manager, but I can say that I am proud of how our managers are always striving for excellence and thinking about how they can improve. Our annual employee survey had 82% of respondents agreeing that their manager is receptive to feedback as well as approachable and available. I hope you found your next role to be more satisfying for you.
