Thanks very much for your review. I am really glad to see your "pros." Creating a collaborative environment is important to me, as that is how the best work happens. Your experience with your manager listening to feedback aligns well with our 2018 company poll results, where 88% of employees responded similarly. On the cons, I am excited to say that as of 2018 we now have a 401K match! From prior company polls, we heard loud and clear that this was a major issue for employees, so I was very happy when we were able to put that in place.

Thanks for your positive rating. We will work on having more free food! ;-) Wrt your comment on the "whiners" - I think you were kidding, but I will respond to it seriously. We have been going through a lot of change and everyone is affected differently. Both in how their role or team might change and how they personally deal with it. I don't begrudge anyone having concerns, questions or feedback about what we are doing. People who are constructively pointing out ways we could improve are being helpful and they are showing they care.
