Pros

I worked with a subdivision of Touchtunes, Tanjarine Inc (diginal tining) which was shutdown by April 2015. - I enjoyed the startup environment, worked with amazing group of ppl, and management team are very helpful. - Its a garage-like workspace, i loved it too.

Cons

- Tanjarine was shutdown suddenly in April without parent company giving us enough time for job hunting, getting new fundings, communicate with our contractors and existing customers. I feel very bad about it. - 7 days after we got the info we are shutting down is my last day with tanjarine - Worst insurance policy i ever had - TOOO many VP level executives shifts - I totally understand the decision to shutdown a division, but they could do it in a more humane way. They could do many things to help the employees who were impacted, but they did not.

Pros

-awesome people work at touchtunes -great work environment and flexible hours -good location and good work benefits

Cons

-lack of company vision and direction, projects are always changing, lack of processes when developing -very top heavy, the vice presidents over power the employees by the numbers (almost literally) -roles and responsibilities are not defined, lack of structure

Only work here if you need a paycheck

Pros

Great co-workers, easy job, lunch hour

Cons

Upper management is horrible, there is zero room for advancement. It's very immature and management plays favorites. Turn over is very high and morale is extremely low. Very micromanaged, your ideas will not be taken seriously. This is a good job if you are just in it for a paycheck. No room for development or learning about the music industry. Only accept a position if you really need a job.
