Pros

Working mostly around 40 hours (sometimes there is overtime). The culture is great. Relaxed work environment. Flexible hours for the most part. It is 8-5, but sometimes they allow a little shift in the hours.

Cons

Seniority overpowers quality. You could be a better employee than most people in your office, but someone who has been employed a month longer will get more opportunities. Low salary. High turnover rate due to low salary. This company does not want to take the extra step two get qualifications unless it is a clearly profitable. When the company does take the extra step, they will make you sign a contract.

Pros

CEO Andy Haldane is inspiring to work for. Have some good team leaders.

Cons

Flat out liers and cheapskates. Joined to be vetteded for long term employment. In business development, sold myself as a contracted employee of Pheonix Tower International for 6 months to fill in for Western Regions Operations manager as the prior guy quite months prior and they needed it filled I did a very exceptional job, working hard and PTI decided to remove all team leaders and new org. I was thrown out with the old and stained as the problem in doing so. Then in 6 months of business development start getting new clients and POs coming in . Right when I bring a big MSA to the table and position fort ALOT of upconming work, they straight up can me! They do so with no good reason or chance to defend myself. No Severance, and worse not one cent of my yearly bonus which never saw for the last year. Now they cant even pay the expenses I had in placer visitibng clients in Seattle. With a family, kids, a morgage and not even a days notice and completely dark after have found to be shockingly offensive, deceptive and darn there inhumane to treat someone that promoted them and pull his strings in the industry for them. They deserve to be sued.

Pros

This company has a great work at your own pace culture depending on which department head you get. They have several events that keep you meeting and interacting all divisions you work with. One of -if not the best Tower Engineering businesses in North America. They have several offices all over the country in America. It ranges from East coast in NC to West coast in WA. They even have offices in Canada. They are 25 year old company which is large but still has a small business feel to it.

Cons

This company is somewhat one dimensional and it is very difficult to get higher pay raises. This company focuses on entry level - intermediate leveled climbing focused individuals to train into their system. Many competitors around the area usually hire and promote people from TEP to work for their company because it is well known that TEP has a low ceiling.
