Pros

Relaxed workplace environment. Not corporate. Decent PTO and vacation. If you like traveling and being outside and active this job is nice.

Cons

Training is nonexistent . Almost no set guidelines or procedures. Safety is not a big concern of management or higher ups. Pay is substandard, especially considering the risk on the job. Travel is constant, Very poor work and life balance.
