      Pros

      Decent company to start your career right after school. Good way to get experience and work with a lot of great people.

      Cons

      Pay is ok but could be better. Used to be a fun place to work but growing rapidly so now more corporate attitude.

      Relaxed work atmosphere. Get to travel around the country and climb cell-phone towers.

      Cons

      Work/life balance on the road isn't great. Office work is very clerical considering the competency of the workers.
