No dress code. It's a frat house--if that is your thing...

Cons

A senior supervisor there is an alcoholic, abusive person. You do NOT want to work for this person. Supremely unprofessional. Know that you will be expected to work more hours than you will be paid for. Don't make any mistakes or you will never be trusted again.
