Pros

Lots of Travel and alot of places to visit Racking up of airline miles in personal credit card Good people to work around Pushing mental barriers Laid back environment

Cons

This industry is not for everyone. Please make sure you know what you are getting into before applying. Climbing towers is not a joke and also this company has no work life balance or sense of prior planning. You get paid the minimum as an engineer and expected to work around 60 hours ( including travel time) a week. It can be great if you like being on roads and getting dirty but it is not a typical engineering job .

Tower Engineering Professionals is not a typical engineering job, but we think that is what makes the company special. Our company is best for people who don't want to sit behind a desk all day, and who have a bit of an adventurous side. It is a great place to learn and grow.

Pros

No dress code, good PTO, a lot of smart people

Cons

Underpaid by every metric, no consideration of cost of living for remote offices, lack of supervision for remote office managers, no opportunities for job variety or position growth, general attitude of sexism from some managers and willingness to pay equally qualified female employees less than their peers
