Thank you for the four star review of Tower Health! We’re glad to hear that your team members were awesome, as we know this makes coming to work each day much more enjoyable. We are grateful for your service and wish you well with future endeavors. It is important to also share that as our volumes have increased, we have rehired many individuals who were impacted by the reduction in force. As a result, we encourage you to watch our job boards for future opportunities in which you may be interested and are qualified.

Thanks for your 4- star review of Tower Health! We are proud of the compensation and benefits we are able to offer. We strive to create an environment where employees are provided with an abundant number of opportunities for growth and development, so we are always excited to hear that our efforts are working. Nurse managers do work hard to balance staffing to ensure safe and effective patient care and that staff feel supported. Thank you for your service to our organization and the community!

Thank you for the review and recommendation of employment with Tower Health. We are pleased to hear that you find the compensation to be competitive. The CNO has been working very closely with HR to recruit RNs for Chestnut Hill. Since July, we have hired 35 RNs. Recruiting RNs continues to be a priority focus of our Recruiter and CNO at Chestnut Hill because we know RNs play a critical role in the safe and effective care of our patients. Thank you for your commitment to our organization and service to the Chestnut Hill community, especially during this time!
