Thank you for the review of Tower Health! We are happy to learn that you’re enjoying a hands-on experience, as we believe this environment leads to further learning , skill development, and career growth. We recognize our PCAs work hard and play an important role in patient care. As a result, we recently received approval to hire more PCAss. Since September, we have hired 92 PCAs. In addition, we are continuing to actively recruit PCAs to ensure we have a constant pool of candidates. We know this hiring activity will provide the additional support that our PCAs have asked for. Thank you for your commitment to our organization and service to the community, especially during this time!

Thank you for the review of Tower Health. We agree that we have good teams, and are proud of the professionalism of our Hospitalist group. Floating to different nursing units gives you an opportunity to learn about many different areas of the Hospital and gives you well rounded experience. We recognize that changing depts can be challenging at times. As a result, we provide additional compensation to RNs and PCAs who work in our established float pool in that recognition. If at any time, you are feeling unsupported or blamed for something you did not do, we recommend that you talk to a member of Nursing Leadership or to your HR Business Partner, and hope you were able to do so. Thank you for your service to our community – we wish you well in your future endeavors.
