7yWe agree, it is a fast paced environment. That is the nature of Healthcare and most businesses today. Thanks for your recognition that employees are able to grow their career here at Tower Health. We are proud of our internal transfer program and educational assistance benefits that support the career growth of our employees. We have more than 500 employees a year that transfer to new positions within Tower Health. We are actively hiring people and hired 2300 new employees in fiscal year 2018.
