      Pros

      There is a lot of work life balance because no one works. Happy hours and golf games are more important to this local team.

      Cons

      Be careful of this organization. The local team has no respect for HR and there is no company strategy. I am an HR professional with an MBA and 15 years in HR. This company does not respect HR and allows unethical behavior.

      There really are no pros to working at this company

      They treat employees terrible. The account manager's are a joke. The HR department is unprofessional. It's a terrible place to work.
