I work at the world's largest JW Marriott in Indianapolis, so I can't say my conditions are going to apply to all the other locations. -Great co-workers. Usually younger, friendly, college-age people. -Work off tips -Decent room for career advancement (may vary depending on location) -Constant engagement with management. (during busy times, they'll even be working the valet ramp with the GSA's and GSC's) -Highly flexible schedule, great for college or multiple jobs. -Tips included, some days average about $16.00/ hour. and other days can be a lot more. -Social environment, good for people who like to meet new people and interact with strangers.

Good money, flexible hours, awesome travel benefits from the host properties. This job will teach you incredibly valuable skills, if you make use of the opportunity. I would highly recommend that anyone wanting to get into sales or anything that requires presentation skills work a year at Towne Park. I've read all of the other reviews on here, and I'm truly sorry for the people who had a bad experience. I'm in my 40's and LOVE Towne Park. It's a fantastic place to learn how to speak impressively with anyone. I've met Musicians, Senators, Governors, CEO's and I can find common ground in a conversation within 15 seconds with anyone at all. That skill is invaluable. I've worked with people who were sour on Towne Park, but you get out what you put in. If your attitude sucks, you won't make any money.
