Pros

Great work life balance. Fun place to work ( bringing joy to children of all ages) would recommend to anyone

Cons

Need more hours to complete tasks or less busy work so you can focus more time on service. If you are a working manager then you’ll do fine.

Pros

Good Benefits, it's an OK company to work for

Cons

Lots and Lots of projects to do, you'll spend 6 to 7 months working on projects, most of the time you don't have time to do anything else, payroll is always an issue, cutting hours all the time to employees creates a hostile environment in the store, you're always the bad guy, you're constantly push to make your numbers, like credit cards , rewards, extended warranties etc.corporate makes so many rush decisions that they always change plans. No Weekends what so ever, if your lucky an have store manager that actually cares then you will get some weekends off. But if you work part time don't worry you will hardly get any hours..
