Pros

If you are a High School student or college student that will be satisfied w/low pay, little hours and not a lifetime career at Toys R Us...this is your job. As far as manager careers the pay was good for me although I was recruited at a high pay compare to most.

Cons

Everyone gets hired at minimum wage regardless of your years of experience and skills unless you are hired as a supervisor/manager. Training program is awful no hours budgeted for that and not enough people scheduled to buddy up and train a new employee. Even though they close at a certain time, be ready to stay about 2 and half hours past that and during holidays until sunrise, and it doesn't matter whether you have school or come back and work next morning. I recommend everyone not to start employment at Toys R Us during holiday season.
