Pros

Great team and a lot of room to grow from within. Fun and fast paced environment. Compensation was fair for my job.

Cons

Work life balance could be lacking. It was sometimes hard to meet expectations with the very limited payroll allocated. But for the most part it was a great job.

Pros

Obviously all of these "Pros" precede the closing announcement. Great team environment. The pay was always great. Vacation and Paid time off was always good was decent, but it increases over time. Your selling toys for goodness sake, who could ask for a better product to sell.

Cons

The lack of holidays that we were given off. Working every single weekend, even though SOP stated we should have one weekend off a month. The ability to move up without relocating was very difficult. The holiday season shopper made it the worst at times. The lack of hours to complete the task given, ie recovery the store, completing the occasional massive amount of price changes, resets were never given proper hours.
