Pros

The best reason to work here is great customer serv ice and seeing the kids smile when they walking in here for the first.The benefits are great and you grow withhin the company.

Cons

The most challenging things about working here is the holiday season. You have to put in more time away from your family to get ready for Black Friday and working overnight.

Pros

Offers health insurance to full time. Offers 2 weeks vacation to full time salary . Offers one comp day for every 6th day you work during xmas. So that's a plus

Cons

6 day work weeks during xmas. Inability to control freight flow or order specs. Not competitive enough with pay so you end up with poor choices of people to hire. Loss prevention is a joke. Training for management is also a joke.

The customers are great most times and the coworkers can be fun. There is room for growth (very little) unless you’re lucky like I was fortunate to be.

Cons

Long hours, no breaks, only 10% discount, you can’t hold hot toys you have to get in line like customers, no growth in the company, the company sides with the customer EVERY time over you (a “valued” employee)
