Pros

Flexible hours, fun to play with toys, fun to deal with kids, and very team oriented.

Cons

Dealing with annoying customers, too much focus on metrics (if you want good hours, you better be selling credit cards and Squaretrades), and management is often hit or miss.

Pros

Pays a good amount above minimum wage and they are definitely not afraid to pay you overtime. Managers were very sweet. If I had kids, the discount probably would've been cool.

Cons

Training was extremely rushed. Customers completely suck the life out of you, more than any retail job I've ever had. If you work seasonal, kiss your family goodbye until January 1st. I made it clear I was a student and only wanted 20 - 25 hours a week. I consistently was given 45 hour weeks, most days being 10 hours long. No amount of speaking to HR resolved this and was often met with answers like "You'll just have to wait til we hire someone else", which never happened.
