To be a "STAR" employee, we must "always be asking". And then they only have one cashier working at a time, so the line gets massively backed up since transactions are so slow. -You will feel pressured to get metrics. Sometimes there are even veiled threats of termination for underperforming cashiers. -If you aren't working the front of the store, you will work the floor, and be a customer slave. But you won't have to worry about metrics!

No one is your friend and you can be back stabbed at any moment, the metrics make the job way more stressful than it should, management doesn't know what they are doing.
