Business Outlook
Pros
Great Pay. Hey, It's TOYS! Good place to work, if you like interacting with Customers and kids. There is always plenty to do, and time passes quickly. Upper Management is fair, and benefits are good.
Cons
Long hours from October to January - 70 - 80 hours/wk. Too many decisions are made then reversed, within a short span of time. Company is in a state of peril, and not sure which way to go. After Chapter 11 filing, the company did nothing to tell the public that those stores not effected by the closings, are still in business, and it has hurt Sales, Profit, and Morale.
