Pros

Very flexible with schedule if you have committments, you are able to apply for benefits upon hire even if you're a part time employee, managment really attentive and wants you to learn position, easily accessible through public transportation.

Cons

The rate of pay if horrible only eight dollars even when you have years of experience, they also have difficulty fitting training hours into there regular work week so this you'll only work about four hours a day and not everyday until you learn the job

Pros

The co-workers are very friendly and do want to teach you and help you out. Even the supervisors are like your friend, except the managers definitely divide themselves among the rest of "us" since they are not supposed to be seen too friendly or even to be hanging out with us outside of work.

Cons

Most of the time, the store is understaffed because the company is trying save payroll so 5-6 people working in a store is not a surprising thing. Thus, the management expects you to do everything and anything even though you have 6-10 tasks on your plate already. OH! There are usually five different promotions that an employee HAS to sell to customers at the same time so the customers feel bombarded. If you do not offer or tell ALL the promotions to EACH customer, the management will have a "talk" with you.

Pros

Had a mostly great management staff, goals were clear cut, customers were mostly more easy to please then in other retail establishments

Cons

low pay, disagree with Buyer Protection Plan on some products but still needed to push it anyway, not enough full time opportunities
