Pros

If you're in your 20's, don't have a family and just gaining your first experience, maybe it's not the worst place ( but it's surely not the best one!)

Cons

Minimum hourly rate. You have to be always available! If you have a child and trying to work your schedule with them, they make you feel like the worst person, because the best criteria for them - YOU HAVE TO BE ALWAYS AVAILABLE! Very unfriendly team!

Pros

Very flexible with scheduling since almost everyone is part time. Definitely a family of co-workers. For toys r us off season is great for getting hours.

Cons

Pay is low aside from holiday season. Schedules posted 2 days before following week at times. Expectations of workload are at times unbearable. Babies R Us - a lot of furniture being unsafely handled due to lack of man power as well as damages to the furniture because of it. Hours per week changes constantly from 15-35 which is unacceptable to anyone needing to pay bills. Lack of proper training.
