Pros
Easy job. Flexible with schedule especially for people going to school. Great hours during seasonal. Easier to get instant credits and protection plans during the holidays.
Cons
Not enough hours after seasonal if your aren't full-time. They aren't promised. Tend to send people home early if too many hours are scheduled. Credit cards and protection plans can be very hard to get sometimes after the holidays. Be prepared for some angry moms and rude customers during the holidays and the great trade in events.
