Business Outlook
Pros
As with any retail job, the people you work with are usually the best part. I worked with some great co-workers and managers who were not afraid to get dirty, but you could just as easily have some unpleasant people. The fact that you are surrounded by Toys all day is also pretty fun.
Cons
The pay was pretty low at the time compared to other retailers. I was making less after 5 years as a supervisor than other stores payed their seasonal new hires. Retail in general is also pretty stressful dealing with the entitled public.
