Pros

Fun managers for the most part, helpful, understandable.

Cons

Sell credit cards no commission, protection plans come up for basically everything, expected to sell extra stuff for everyone.. Expected to be organized when everyone else (sales floor, backofhouse) isn't too organized ( you kinda rely on them for certain things).

Pros

Meeting new people. Engage with every customer and their child. Understanding new toys being introduced.

Cons

Management very rude. Handful of Supervisors are understanding but other Managers feel they are more superior than their title allows.
